Built for a week other calendars didn't cover
QuickCal started with a parent of kids with special needs. The calendars already available were made for a simpler week: fewer appointments, and one person keeping track.
Therapy, school, medical visits, and daily routines did not fit that shape. More than one person in the family needed the same day, and a missed time meant someone else had to scramble.
What that turned into
- One shared calendar, with repeating events and tentative ones you confirm when they are set.
- A login for each family member, including a view-only role.
- An evening reminder for tomorrow, and a start alert once a timed event is confirmed.
- A task list and a shopping list beside the calendar.
QuickCal is a family schedule. Medical decisions stay with you and your care providers.
